Question for Paval

New member
My family and I just moved into a new house this weekend. To my dismay, there isn't one room in the house I can do KB training in without taking out the ceiling tiles (even in the garage). So I'm restricted to training outside. I live in Nebraska where the winters are pretty cold. My question is: Is there any harm in training outside in the cold? I did it the other night and my lungs ached and head pounded. Does it just take some getting used to? Are there precautions I should take (besides dressing properly? What warning signs should I watch for etc.

I did try one session indoors kneeling. I was restricted in the number of exercises I could do, but the ones I could do were much harder.

Thanks in advance,
