I averaged 8/8 for 20 minutes today with the 24kg. My grip was hurting but I had some wind left.

Any suggestions on where I go from here would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "I averaged 8/8"? Unless I'm wrong, I thought 15/15 meant that you do 15 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest, For as long as you want the workout to last.
