try using a ramp going up stairs. gradually moving back until able to do it from the deck.

steve f. talked of this some time ago as being very effective.

you could try superman walkouts,
walk your hands away from your feet as far as you can,
then walk your feet to your hands one foot at a time by flexing just the ankle trying to keep one heel flat till you are as close to standing as you can get

Looks to me that you ar lifting your head (as you look in the mirror). Try it with your chin tucked on to your upper chest.
That should enable you to maintain consistent tension which may be released when you lift the head.
