StreetWorkout is Term know worldwide, its not just a book, for what is basically out door bodyweight training there are a lot of parks where you can go and train for free, in the cities lots of kids go to these parks and workout. It was at one of these Street Workout parks, (yes they are actually named that) I first saw people doing muscle ups and human flags and was like what da. Then I looked into it and found CC and SW on this site and started doing it

Been doing Calisthenics for 4 weeks now. I did my max test today here are results.

Ring Pull-ups - 4
Pushups - 15
Ring Rows - 6
Dips - 3 negative dips

I know how to progress for Push-ups and Rows, and I am going to GTG Pull-ups for 1-2 reps at this point as I don't think I can get enough reps in otherwise. For Dips, not sure how to progress, maybe regress a little on the dips, work on shoulder flexibility, and mobility with German Hangs and Dead Hangs

Street workout is a little like saying barbell workout, it doesn't tell us which exercises or programming you're working on or if you're following an existing program or making up your own.
