I have just finished reading C-Mass and found it incredibly helpful. I’d like to add some strength/nervous system training (low reps, high sets, more rest) to my current Convict Conditioning. I have a couple of questions for anyone with experience in CC:
What would a sample schedule for mixed training (muscle + strength/nervous system training) look Like?
What tempo should I use for strength training? 2-1-2 just like CC?
Any tips would be appreciated.
