Today's KB Training --

2 KB Overhead Presses were done using the 53s.
12 sets of 7 reps was done. 60 sec. rest between sets.

Nice change of pace from the 70 - 80 lb 2 KB Long Cycle C+Ps.
Total training time less than 20 minutes.



Tonight band stretching and ab work.
Tomorrow Snatches.

Don't know what you mean by Overhead Press? Conjures images, but probably the wrong ones. For the uninitiated (like me), pls describe.
