Looks great. The only question I have is about the breathing. Throughout pavels books and even in some of the older strength and physical culture books, they say you should breath through your nose to maintain IAP. In my experience it has a different feel if I try to breath with my mouth while swinging especially. Do you not have that problem?

Rif, More tattoos on Tracey's left arm? Isn't the one on her inner elbow new? (tough to heal) Any chance you can get a close up of her tatts at the start of one of her videos? Please, for a fellow tattoo enthusiast? BTW, more on the subject... please DON"T stop posting her workouts, You have given me great workout ideas and inspiration! Thanks....Paul

Agreed, the videos are awesome, humbling, and inspirational. I'm not particularly interested in tattoos, but love the vids!!

she got a tat with a butterfly, peace sign and a kettlebell(!) on the left arm a few months ago. I'll ask her about getting a shot of it.glad you are enjoying her training info

I took that with the Flip camcorder which cost me $130 and will take 60 min continuous vid with two AA batteries. SO easy to use.I got it on amazon
