Took a leaf out of Franz' "go for PB when you're feeling crappy" book
Hard week at work ; needed to test D/L max 7 weeks into training for the Aussie TSC next Feb , hence:
D/L raw/overhand/narrowgrip/barefoot 170 - 180 - 190kg (418) ,(& 195 came up ~ 4")
10' rest then 5' snatch test with 32kg : 14/14/14/18/21 total : 81 reps
5' rest
10kg strict tactical pullup : 13 reps
All are PR's and the D/L the best for 24 years! I was accelerating in the snatch and should get 90+ reps (but I think our TSC is 24kg only)
I'm not shelling out for cardigan & slippers just yet!
