weekend fat-burning circuit

Bent-press 5/5 w/ 53lb kb
Deadlift 155lbs 5 reps
10 swings w/ 53lbs
incline dumbell bench press w/ 55lb db's
10 cleans w/ 2 36lb kb's
kb lunges w/ 2 36lb kb's

I did this 4 times resting for a couple minutes after each round, then finished w/ one set of 10 reps of snatches and one of clean and jerks.
