Don't incline much but I usually lower the bar to the middle of my chest. You shouldn't lower the bar to the throat in the bench so I apply this to the inlice also, plus it's safer and has a larger ROM.
the bar should go to your upper chest,not your chin!!!!you could easily hurt yourself going any higher than your neck,always a no no.May be you should try heavy db's instead of the bar,I use olympic db's(80 lbs. a piece) and feel I have more freedom of movement with them.
