Yesterday's workout...starting to like the cf type stuff

Deadlift BW X 10
35 lb. double KB front squats X 10 (ass to heals)
did this 5 times (total of 10 sets)
time = 8:24
I was hurting.

Finished with 3 sets of 5 windmills with 53lb. bell
and some single arm swings, snatches and presses with 53 lb. bell
